She grabbed a journal from her bag. Quickly flipping through the pages, she stopped at one about
magic.
She saw a paragraph where she read “To summon a
spirit, concentrate on who or what you want to appear.”
Following what the page said, she concentrated, but
something else appeared.
A dragon, which was completely made out of ice.
“It's just an ice
sculpture, like what dad used to make.” She told herself.
Shock filled her mind when
the dragon moved and a growl rose from it's throat.
“An ice sculpture?
That's what reminds you of home? Then you can enjoy the memories
forever.”
The dragon came closer and
closer, it's claws scraping across the ground.
She trembled in fear, and
soon, the dragon was only an inch away.
She watched in terror as
she was slowly in cased in ice.
The dragon then flew into
the night sky.
